The Product :- We only supply products that we feel offer excellent value for money.

• We research and alter our product range on a regular basis in order to provide an improved and evolving range of Cuesport Tables and accessories.
• We care about the design , the build quality , the reliability and the serviceability of all the lines in our range.
• If you see a similar product elsewhere at what appears to be a better price , please tell us and we will see if we can improve our price on the product.
• We want your business now and in the future!

Our Integrity :- We endeavour to have as many products in stock as is possible so that we can despatch goods on receipt of order.

• Clearly bespoke products require a greater timescale to fulfill - but we are achieving quicker response rates all the time.
• We try to make sure that we fairly price both our products and services. We know we are not the cheapest when delivering the service side of our business. This is because we utilise the best quality products and have them fitted by proper time served billiards fitters who care about what they do.
• We will never knowingly use any sub standard products , we want to be the best at what we do - not the cheapest!

Friendliness :- We insist that everyone employed by our company understands that good service is defined by friendly , helpful and knowledgeable staff.

• We would be delighted if you decide to have a trading relationship with us.
• We will be happy to advise you on any matter even if you are not ready to make a purchase.

We do our best - but we're only human !

However extraordinary it may seem it now appears that by law we have to employ human beings. Although I think we have some of the best employees around , please do not expect the impossible. I hope that we get things right 99% of the time , but even if we do that means that out of all the customers we serve a few are bound to be disappointed in one way or another.

Its really important not just for yourself , but for future customers that you tell us if there is any problem at all. Please help us to improve the service we deliver by being open about any concerns you have with any purchase you have made.If you do not communicate the problem we are unable to resolve it. I insist on speaking personally to anyone who has not received an excellent level of service. If you are disappointed in any way we will endeavour to make you happy!
